What I’m actually doing

A protocol is the distilled version of what I've learned. Not a habit I'm trying to build — something that's already become part of how I operate. A morning routine that survived long enough to stop being an experiment. A pre-bed sequence that the data confirmed actually moves my sleep. The stuff that's earned a permanent place.

Protocols emerge from everything else on this platform — experiments, challenges, discoveries, coaching. They evolve slowly. They don't change on a whim. But they're not sacred either — if the data says something isn't working, it gets revisited.

Right now, at the start of this, the protocol list is short. That's honest. Ask me again in six months.
