About this system

I've read enough books and listened to enough podcasts to know that if I tried to do everything everyone recommends, I'd have no time to actually live. So I don't. I picked the habits that matter most — the ones I know work but consistently forget when life gets loud — and made them non-negotiable.

The ones I kept skipping before were always the soft ones. Journaling. Breathing. Calling a friend. I left them off the scorecard and then wondered why nothing felt different. This time they're in the system. Not as a burden — as a reminder that this is bigger than the number on the scale.

Everything else I just want to do more of. The goal isn't a perfect checklist. It's becoming someone who does most of this without thinking.
