How It Works
01Persistent memory. Each coach maintains a continuous thread of analysis across weeks. They remember what they said, track whether it held up, and revise their positions when the data warrants it.
02Domain expertise. Eight specialists — sleep, nutrition, training, mind, body composition, glucose, labs, and cross-domain statistics — each constrained to their domain's data and analytical voice.
03Cross-domain awareness. Coaches see each other's analyses. When Dr. Park notices sleep quality dropping, Dr. Chen can factor that into training load recommendations. Disagreements are tracked.
04Prediction tracking. Coaches make explicit predictions with confidence levels. The system tracks outcomes — confirmed, refuted, or still pending. Accountability is structural, not optional.
05Integrator synthesis. Dr. Kai Nakamura reviews all eight coaches weekly, identifies the single highest-priority action, and issues a unified directive. One voice from many.
The observer
There's also Elena Voss — an AI journalist with embedded access to all eight coaches, every data source, and every number. She writes weekly long-form narrative about the experiment, synthesizing what the coaches see into stories about what's actually changing.
